It's done, I'm looking for another solution!

If you look at these many issues ...

Ok, I have a pair of IP security cams (unbranded but Nmap says Anyka. No docs, no brands or marks, plain white with wifi antennas and a network cable socket. Discovered it's not POE sadly, but 12v and it powers up. Eventually located it at a fixed ip address and was able to reach in and change it to the subnet I'm using. Login is easy, browse to IP address and user 'admin' no password. Then the fun starts. 'Plugin not working'. Eventually after much messing around determined it used the Adobe Flash Plugin.
Seems you can't get that anywhere (even for an oldish version of Safari that still supports it). Yes, I know about the security bs, but it would be only used to access the cameras so I don't care. Eventually found Ruffle which looked like a solution but it runs the plugin and get a splash screen just fine, but when I hit play to start the stream I get Error 2032 Stream Error as above. (camera screen is VERY similar in fact). I did notice that hitting the 'still image' icon on the bottom left popped up a window with a still from the camera, obviously a frame grab, so it can 'see' that but not the streamed image. I'm calling this a bug because I'm uncertain why it wouldn't work otherwise.

Camera is dated (internally from NMap) as 2017.

Can't seem to find the maker as such. Seems you can connect to the camera by wifi in some manner as well.

Is there one of the developers interested in examining this bug for a solution please?

Regards

Geoff
