My Lenovo Thinkpad X230 has the following specification:- CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3320M CPU RAM: 8GB DDR3 Storage: Kingston SUV500MS480G (OS) and ST2000LM015-2E8174 (Data) Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (Version 22H2 - OS Build 19045.4529)
Describe the bug
The user interface based around the flash technology, when running in Microsoft Edge version 126.0.2592.81 on Windows 10. When trying to get to the flash based user interface of VMware vCenter Web Client served from VMware vCenter version 6.5, following the login page with the progress bar (shown as a vmware logo) takes a really long time to fill up, then the interface doesn't appear.
The client is flash based and the VM for the appliance (VMware vCenter 6.5) and the servers running VMware ESXi 6.5 are pretty meaty. A pair of professionally refurbished Dell PowerEdge R620s identically specified.

Expected behavior
To load the user interface as fast as the client web browser's computer allows, in my case its a professionally refurbished "Lenovo ThinkPad X230". Then display the client user interface without the the UI content in the flash freezing.
Content Location
Installable to run on bare-metal installed VMware ESXi version 6.5 with the VCSA (VMware vCenter) version 6.5.
