Earn to Die 2 extremely laggy during driving sections #17106

Changing the quality from High to Low seemed to improve it slightly, although I cannot tell if that was 100% the reason for improvement.

Specs: LibreWolf Firefox v127.0.2-2 (Win x86-64), Hardware acceleration disabled Intel Core i5-10400F NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 48GB RAM, 2.1GHz

This is slowed down quite a bit by core::bitmap::BitmapData::pixels_rgba
