Speed issues in some flash clips #2048

I'll start to report separate issues which I seen in z0r.de clips, for which I couldn't find a similar open issue

It seems that for some flashes Ruffle playback is faster than normal. Not sure if it is a Ruffle problem, or Adobe treating something incorrect before, and Ruffle treating it right

Duplicate issue, Ruffle.exe playback is faster than normal inkbunny.net swf

The issue persists on Nightly 2021-12-30

Actually https://z0r.de/147 is now synchonized with Adobe playback! Others not though. Upd: https://z0r.de/147 is a duplicate of https://z0r.de/150! I didn't see at first.

https://z0r.de/150 seems to still have the issue, while https://z0r.de/147 is indeed synchronized
