RetroArch Team Haven't deal a Large Unfinished Stuff. They already done the psx emulator that written in rust, But not this one.

Retroarch always has a member port another emulator to their poor UI frontend, whether the devs are okay with it, or not. Give it some time, there will be a subpar version of Ruffle added in no time.

I agree, retroarch is poorly constructed. the last thing we need is for retroarch to give another emulator a bad impression with users
