Hi, does this error happen consistently for you on this webpage? And do you have any extensions installed in your browser?

I didn't encounter any error messages when playing this, however when you take damage or dismount Yoshi in certain spots you can clip through the floor. Also Mario appears to freeze at this point in the first level: Image
