Unable to Open ShakesPeer- "server has unexpectedly died- you've found a bug ;-)" #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Launch Shakespeer from my Applications folder.
  2. A window opens saying to "Please wait while ShakesPeer is starting up. Initializing databases..."
  3. Another window opens saying "server has unexpectedly died- you've found a bug ;-)", and the only option is to quit.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to see the main window with the public hubs and all the features, but all I see is the initial start-up window and the error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I'm using the newest version, 0.9.11, on OS 10.6.4.

Please provide any additional information below.

Same issue... was this ever resolved?
