Shakespeer not resuming download from another user automatically #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start a download
  2. Found that another user is providing the same file with higher bandwidth
  3. Doesn't connect to another user when present connection is closed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Automatically TTH search the file and connect to user having free slots.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.9.11
