Shakespeer not resuming downloads #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start a download
  2. Quit Shakespeer in middle of download
  3. Shakespeer won't resume download when started again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Shakespeer would resume the download.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.9.11

Please provide any additional information below.
