Whenever I start up Shakespeer it says unable to start/connect to backend server. How do I fix it? It used to work perfectly until i came back to school again.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Opening Shakespeer 2. 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Mac OS X

Please provide any additional information below. It worked fine before I returned to school. I don't know what to do. I've tried everything!

my problem started when the power went off while shakepseer was running - when the computer restarted i could not connect and had this issue.
