10 years ago This should help. Go to preferences and then Click the Download folder selector and choose or create a folder; do the same for Incomplete folder.

Whenever I try to download a file, it shows up in my downloads section as "Queued" but the download never starts (even after days of being open) and nothing shows up in my Shakespeer Downloads folder. The users show up as being online. Priority changes don't help either. Why is this? How can I fix it? I even deleted the program and reinstalled it but to no avail.
Please help!!
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? New version on a new MacBook
