Facebook integration #139

Add some basic Facebook integration, 'Likes' and 'Logins'

Good idea. Do we want general share this?

dropping this into next sprint, would be nice to use typical "share this" sort of functionality to link record / collection pages to facebook, google+ etc like buttons
