Redirect bibliographica.org to an info page #157

People are contacting the list being confused about where bibliographica.org has gone - either trying to use it, or trying to install the openbiblio software. We should point bibliographica.org to a page under openbiblio.net called "what happened to bibliographica?" or something like that, which explains it is not up any more.

Good idea and that page should prominently point to bibsoup.net as the replacement site and bibserver as the replacement software.
