user self-management lacking #162

Just registered with bibsoup, typed in my username while distracted, and only realised later I'd miss-typed it. There seems to be no way to correct this. I could however register with a different username but same email address, so now there are two of me..

username can't be changed once created (or are very difficult to) as they are used as userid and hence referenced from lots of places.

We should probably warn people about this more clearly when signing up. In the mean time best thing is to re-sign up (it won't be a problem re the email address).

management to change email address, description is being added, therefore closing this ticket as per previous comment from rufus, user ID change is not available - message to that effect has been added

Nice work Mark. One important thing: do we ensure email remains unique? I also strongly recommend allowing sign in via email or username/userid. People forget their username but not their email address.
