Mirror gist.github.com URLs #105

It would be nice if our URLs mirrored github's, so you could simply alter the host name, e.g.

https://gist.github.com/djw/714a11ef303d193b0a67

could be viewed at:

http://explorer.okfnlabs.org/djw/714a11ef303d193b0a67

Since we're currently a pure client-side app, serving a single HTML page, we'd require an htaccess file and mod_rewrite (or equivalent) on the server, and pushState support on the client.

WONTFIX. Nice idea but won't do this for the moment.
