Some extra tasks:

• [ ] Try moving readme to full-height column on the left
• [x] collapse / resize top area
• [ ] Add jsfiddle-style panel resizing
• [ ] Add the ability to insert/delete views

Collapsed the top area and added toggle button. I think we're in diminishing returns here. Closing...
