License: Suggest MIT for this

@markmacgillivray: have changed license to MIT as AGPL will be a real obstacle for reusers atm. Happy to change back if you feel strongly on this.

Hi! MIT is fine. Copyright to orgs is fine. Is it worth adding authors? The jquery file itself still lists me and old licence. Anyway, thanks a lot for doing some work on this. Demo looks great.

We can definitely add authors as well (though they should probably not get copyright). Re jquery I would change this to refer to README ...
