Add an option to disable linkify #25

If I put links in my output, linkify can overwrite them. This adds an option to disable linkify.

This option has been added along with some other changes in the most recent commit, so closing this ticket without accepting the pull request. Thanks for the suggestion though - other people wanted it too, so obviously useful.
