Newbie Question #13

I'm new to reconcile-csv and Open Refine and I am unable launch reconcile-csv. Could anyone point me to a getting started guide?

I basically don't know where to call this: "java -jar reconcile-csv-0.1.1.jar "

Managed to work it out, and I found some older issues and questions that details with mine!
