Manage uploads as distinct entities #28

At the moment the top level search for texts searches for bibliographic metadata. We need a page to show actual uploads, see who is responsible for them and link to a page per upload to allow structure assignment

Done, uploads are now accessible as independent entities and can have indexing and bibliographic metadata assigned
