Cite text - select text range and cite / add to reading list #35

On text selection I want to be able to either generate a stable URL which will then link to a snippet view of that text, or to add that text as a bibliographic reference to a reading list I specify along with a comment

Citing the text is done, along with the snippet view. Still have to handle reading lists.
