Textus Heroku deployments #46

...currently not working due to a problem with the Heroku Bonsai add-on, I've raised a support issue there and will see, it's meant to be accessible. If it isn't we'll have to work out some other avenue for hosting.

All fixed now, was a combination of problems with bonsai, bugs in textus and a change in version for the express.js framework.
