An excellent first pass of this is already done in: http://openspending.org/resources/eu/

However need to understand this material and probably expand it somewhat!

Trello board: "Draw up briefings schedule" - she only really has topic specific ones pencilled in at the moment, but this seems like it could fit. What is the trigger for wanting this one now?

@lucychambers there is no trigger for this now - this was just me poking around thinking about what useful areas I (qua volunteer) could contribute on to OpenSpending. (I was sitting thinking: what topics would interest me or another person out there interested in this stuff and EU spending seemed an obvious potential area.
