URL shortener service that is open

Features wanted:

• Its a service (not a bunch a scripts)
• Its an open service => open source, and open data
• It allows customizing shortened urls (like bitly etc)
• [optional] Its supports analytics

  Does anything like this already exist?

• ur1.ca - open service but no customizing of shortened urls
• quite a few sets of scripts you could run yourself

FIXED / WONTFIX. Existing services like http://ur1.ca/ plus not sure this is very high-value one (for us to do).
