Single Sign-On Solution (across some or all OK Labs and/or OK apps / sites) #87

What: SSO main site handling auth and identity (plus profile) which could be central ident point across other OK / OK Labs apps and sites

Why: one place of truth, don't have to re-implement, ability to count apikeys, registered users etc (cf Sunlight who do this)

I really would like to see this not as an OKFN initiative, but as a thing across the civic tech sector (OKFN, MySociety, Sunlight, Code for America, ...): a non-commercial OAuth provider that has your location etc. so that you can easily join new projects without having to let Twitter and Facebook run the show.
