The pip install command needs some specific options so that the package is properly installed via EasyBuild. I've addressed that now and added the new version of Gurobi to the easystack.

Tested this after re-ingesting and this time the Python module works fine.

Had to resolve a merge conflict in the easystack file, hope I didn't mess it up.
