Changed default user (the one that executes stuff inside the container) to root

@rug-ds-lab/core-master, few observations:

I am now referring to core-master team, but I should probably refer to tech-review team?
There was no issue attached to changing default docker user name, while it should have, after we had a discussion on it, I guess?
Merging PR => trigger sbt release (with some parameters? minor/major, by mentioning "release" team?)
