Auto add percentage symbol when changing markers #2

Currently when changing a marker you also need to add the percentage symbol it would be a nice convenient change if it would auto add it so you could just add a number and it'll assume its a percentage so you don't always need to add symbols to it

I'll try to figure this out. Getting the number entry to work as-is was a massive pain. Not sure how runelite config menu's do it.
