Inkscape dir incomplete #2

As stated by the Readme, the inkscape dir is incomplete.

I will not do it by myself, as this is mostly irrelevant for the OSM wiki.

If I correctly judge my 2-year-old issue that I did not properly document (hehe shame on me), AFAIK if you compare the files from the optimized and inkscape dir, there are fewer ones in the "inkscape" than in "optimized". The reason was that I started by just saving the optimized versions AFAIK, without also saving the original versions.

To have a good status, saving both versions is quite good IMHO.
