Add Thunderbird download link and badge #67

The issue with the SVG is – as you can also see in your own comment – that it has no size information embedded (unlike the Thunderbird one) and as we cannot specify the size in (GitHub) Markdown, this get's rendered waay too large:

But I've updated it to the new PNG for now, at least…
