Asset pipeline not generating files during compile step #287

Works fine when running ruhoh server but not with ruhoh compile. I reproduced the issue with this repository (please see README.mdfile).

Just found the issue #260 which describes the solution to this problem. Sprockets requires a vanilla CSS/JS file to function.
