What's with the non-mustache mustache? #5

I'm working on http://dear.desi (https://github.com/DearDesi/desirae) and I don't know what that block is, but I don't know how I would get a JavaScript implementation of Mustache to do anything sensible with it.

Oh, forgot to mention:

For my first version I'm aiming to be fairly compatible with Ruhoh such that someone could compile a ruhoh blog with desirae and all would be well, y'know?
