Overhaul decor and tile map based on new draft

Involves resculpting the landscape too. The draft has a different PoV and would need to be able to see the village from the docks and vice versa

It was mentioned to move the camera further away, and that it's ok for the map to look smaller

Village done. Also found where the shore went from misc tests that got committed on one of the days. Will need to redo.

New vertical tilemap/landscape scrapped, dock overhauled to horizontal layout. Could use more decor.

To take another look, may need to repaint the landscape using the new landscape materials (to investigate)
