Add responsive support for:

375px (Phone M, such as iPhone 13)
428px (Phone L, such as iPhone 13 Max)
768px (Tablet, such as iPad Air)
1024px (Laptop)
1280px (Laptop L)

Known Issues:

Overflowed text cannot auto-wrap for RestaurantItem, ReviewItem and RestaurantReviewItem
RightMenu's overflow behavior is a bit weird
UI looks a bit awkward on Mobile portrait & Tablet landscape
