Thank you for including pawn in your tournament.

I've noticed that the first version submitted to Github is being used, significantly weaker than the current development version. While I never bothered too much with releasing binaries and semantic versions, this is likely a good moment to do it. Do you think this would be useful for this tournament or future ones?

GrahamCCRL commented 1 year ago

Sure. That would be great. How much stronger do you estimate it to be?

I've now updated and released the first version here. In self-play should be over 1000 Elo stronger (see here).

GrahamCCRL commented 1 year ago

Thanks. Much appreciated. I'll let you know when I run a gauntlet for it, to get an established CCRL rating. :-)

Hello! I have been trying to post a reply in the forum with the latest release of pawn, but I keep getting error 500 and the post is not showing up. I have already tried with 2 different browsers. Is there any issue or is it something from my end?

GrahamCCRL commented 6 months ago

I'll ask Ray.
