hi, i am very interested in knee mri segmentation, could you share the datasets with me ?

Hi,

Recently, I am pretty busy with other projects (5 projects). I will finish the code update in the coming two weeks. For the NIH data, I was told from NIH IRB that we can't share the data due to patient privacy issue. My collaborator, Dr. Frances is working on it with lengthy documentation at NIH. So, In my code release, I only release the code part for SKI10 data. The code includes everything we described in the paper uni-sagittal, orthogonal, with pre-processing, without pre-processing, etc. I will forward your email to Dr. Frances.
