translations aren't used although they are included #3

Furthermore there seems to be an error with the translation system because we translated till version 2.2 but didn't get changes for version 2.3. I don't know wheather this has to do with the ignored translations.

Hi, 2.3 was a minor code change, not a full translations release. Thanks.

Hi, that’s because latest version (2.3) did not include more recent translations – when 2.3 was released, it used translations available at that time. I’ll correct this as part of 2.4 (soon). Thanks.
