Launch instructions differ from guide line in ug #16

I believe the recommended is to use command line to launch the app to ensure correct java format is used

This is only our recommendation for a normal user. The command line is only applicable to CS2103 students.

Reason for disagreement: I disagree with this as double clicking on the file and using command line to launch the app results in 2 possible behaviours in terms of the data file for some users

for example on macOS, double clicking the file does not trigger the creation of the sample data on the initial launch

This is also mentioned in the forum as an issue in some os https://github.com/nus-cs2103-AY2223S1/forum/issues/443

As such I believe that this is a valid documentation bug that hinders a group of users like me who uses macOS due to the lack of mention of using command line to open the file
