Fetch release GPG key from GPG keyservers #81

Closes https://github.com/ruimarinho/docker-bitcoin-core/issues/75. By receiving the release key from a GPG key server it becomes more difficult to perform a MITM on the binary.

Seems good and simple. I just don't have permission to be a reviewer on this repo. :P

But, I can't find any way to improve this.
