Stale meta data for phone number #392

I came across a phone number that is valid according to the official demo page: https://libphonenumber.appspot.com/phonenumberparser?number=%2B16452010874

But this phone number is reported not valid by this library.

Hi!

As per my comment on https://github.com/ruimarinho/google-libphonenumber/issues/385#issuecomment-2211267709, updates should normalize again.
