Passing utils to the error callback #38

This change attempts at giving a workaround and possibly closes #34 which is more likely a NodeJS issue (and there is not much we can do about it).

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling 08c578e724f40112f46095e44bce4110f3faea10 on vdraceil:master into aa74bf0d5ec2ed360f2cfc758c0907601fbc1925 on ruipgil:master.

Anything wrong with this PR, ruipgil? The Travis build failed due to some 504 HTTP issue. I dont think it is because of this change.
