I would like to express my sincere congratulations on your recent publication titled "Evolution of immune and stromal cell states and ecotypes during gastric adenocarcinoma progression". Your outstanding work provides insightful findings into the understanding of the complex tumor microenvironment.

While reading your article, I noticed the GastricTME GitHub repository you provided in the paper. Currently, it contains only the README document. My collaborators and I are very interested in analyzing the full code and data for GastricTME. I would be extremely grateful if you could provide access to the complete GastricTME source code and data.

The data provide valuable reference for further analysis of new scRNA-seq of gastric cancer. Could you provide us the annotated Seruat object? Thanks!
