install wiki #3

while the VM is not created I can do the necessary edits to the semantic-mediawiki-ansible-playbook (private link to TUD gitlab) and test in agains a vagrant box.

Once those edits are done and tested, and the VM is created, I can deploy the wiki to the VM

wiki was installed successfully in ruisdael-catalog01.citg.tudelft.nl VM
and is currently accessible, only within TUD intranet, at http://ruisdael-catalog.citg.tudelft.nl

Public access will only be available when #4 is closed
