Allowing multiple repeated specialisations.

According to UG, multiple repeated specialisations like brain brain here is simplified to only 1 brain.

Here I was able to add multiple heart as specialisation.

We recognise that specialisations may be indicated with more than one word. As such, we allow users to separate the different specialisations using ,.

The application attempts to identify duplicates amongst different specialisations, not identify duplicate words within a single specialisation. In your output, it is clear that 'heart' is duplicated within a single specialisation.
