Hi Chunhui,
The -GP.m as well as-GPGA.m functions have nothing to do with the algorithms presented in the conference paper. Since I also explored other algorithms during the whole research period, and those plotting functions were included in the run_sim.m file as well and did not been removed yet. I have to apologize for that.
You can just choose and run those plotting sections in run_sim.m where only -GP2 .m and GPFA.m are used. Hope it works for you.
Regards, Rui

Hi Rui,
I hope this message finds you well. I tried reaching out to you via email, but it seems that my messages couldn't be delivered. Therefore, I'm leaving a message for you here on GitHub.
I am a student at Beijing Institute of Technology, and I am currently studying your paper titled "Distributed Particle Filter Based on Particle Exchanges," which was published in the 2023 IEEE Aerospace Conference held in Big Sky, MT, USA. I have downloaded the code you provided on GitHub and have been exploring it.
However, while working with the GPDPF+FADPF folder, I noticed that there are two missing functions: "particle_filter_GP" and "particle_filter_GPGA" MATLAB files. As a result, I am unable to run the program completely.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the complete code, including the missing functions mentioned above. This would be of great help to me in my studies, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you very much for your attention. I look forward to your response.

Thank you so much for your response. I truly appreciate it. I am currently in the process of running your code, albeit a bit slowly. It's an interesting and challenging experience.
If it's not too much trouble, could you kindly provide me with your email address or any other contact information? I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to reach out to you directly in case I have any questions or encounter any difficulties.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
