Documenting and testing Milestone 2 edits:

Updates to readme.md file to include example yt commands demonstrating loading and resampling Sentinel-2 data.
CircleCI tests for managing Sentinel-2 and Landsat data, including loading, resampling, window-reading (rectangle and circle) and plotting.
