Calculate the correct transform for new geotiff. #26

Playing with the save_as_geotiff function I noticed it wasn't updating the transform to reflect the data_source's domain. This should now use the correct transform when saving the geotiff to file.

I've pulled these changes into PR #24, so I'll close this one.
