Move unused functions to attic #46

This moves the unused and not fully implemented function to a single file that can be ignored when measuring test coverage. Anything to be revived can be moved out of there into its rightful place.

Coverage increased (+11.1%) to 88.32% when pulling ea395ec0e053b49f077aa95591589c8467e4cf2e on brittonsmith:attic into c69d960cf2ce7d3853c27bd679dfc48a33d46f21 on ruithnadsteud:master.
