Sequence diagram inconsistent in use of destroy marker #13

In the filter, mark, unmark, note and detail sequence diagrams, the destroy marker is used inconsistently; the marking of deletion for the CommandParsers is shown, but is not also shown for the Command object and the CommandResult. It would be better if they were all shown or omitted.
