Refresh (ctrl+r) calling both the "changeHistory" listener and the "onload" when #something in the url #75

I have same actions going on for the changeHistory listener and the onload
(when the page gets loaded). They both run when i Refresh the page if
there's something in the url like #something. Is there an easy way to get
around this?
